Since 2012 Lily McLeish has either led or been part of theatre workshops on devising, acting, writing both contemporary and classics.
Whilst at the National Theatre, London in 2015 + 2016 and the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2014, she led many workshops for students.
In 2016, she worked at the University of Northampton for the BA Acting Course leading a course on improvisation and devising.
Since 2023 she offers workshops for schools in Cologne on contemporary theatre, improvisation and Shakespeare.
